(1) 由今日起至10月31日，經網上轉帳／銀行轉帳至銀行戶口號碼：848-708228-838 – 滙豐銀行

(3) 貨到後，本會將安排位於旺角區之交收公司 EasyTrade 取貨 (預計取貨日期為12月下旬)

條款及細則：

1. 每位球迷會會員只限訂購一件同款公仔。
2. 圖片只作參考，部份球員並非 2017/18 球季版本，填寫時請留意。
3. 因貨源有限，填妥訂購表格後不能作出更改。如訂單量多於Soccerstarz能夠提供的數量，本會將以填寫訂購表格的次序作決定。
4. 如會員付款後，Soccerstarz 在處理訂單的過程中通知未能提供有關的貨品，本會將會退回相關貨品的款項。
5. Soccerstarz保留隨時修改任何條款及細則之權利，並毋須事先通知。
6. 如有任何爭議，以Soccerstarz最後決定為準。
