歡迎會員填寫表格報名，每位會員可攜同一名非會員朋友出席活動。

時間：晚上11時30分Kick off (可於晚上11時後入場)
地點：HK Party Home（香港旺角塘尾道66-68號福強工業大廈B座4樓3室）

球迷會將繼續推行網上信用卡付款，請留意，經信用卡預付後，本會不會安排退款。
如選擇用現金即場付款者，將要收取原價。如以信用卡網上繳費者，請於進場時，出示信用卡繳款電郵內作交易紀錄證明。
備註：
(1) 請脫鞋進入本場地。
(2) 可自攜外來食品及酒類飲品。
(3) 切勿於場地任何範圍包括洗手間、場地外走廊及後樓梯等嘔吐，否則相關出席者需負責場地收取之$800清潔費。
(4) 會員或非會員如即場walk-in (如仍有空位) 將收取現金。
(5) 今次活動乃香港曼聯官方球迷會私人活動，非已報名人士恕不招待。
(6) 參加睇波活動者歡迎穿上曼聯球衣或有關衣著。身穿其他英超球隊者恕不招待。

Each member can bring a maximum of one non-member guest to the event.
We will continue to implement electronic prepayments for all our screening events this season. Please note no refunds will be made in any event once a credit card payment is made. Please display your confirmation email upon entry if you elect to pay by credit card.
1. Please take off your shoes to enter this venue.
2. You may bring your own food or alcoholic drinks.
3. Please do not vomit in any area of the venue, including restrooms, corridors outside the venue, and back stairs. Otherwise, the relevant attendees will be responsible for the $800 cleaning fee charged by the venue.
4. Walk-in entrants (if there are places available) will be charged the non-prepaid cash price and cannot utilise the electronic discount code.
5. This is a private MUSCHK event. We reserve the right to refuse entry for any person who has not signed up.
6. Participants are prohibited from attending the event in clothings of any English football teams other than Manchester United.
